Hi,
After updating the europe topo map to 2019.10 I only see a detailed map for Germany. All other countries work only in DEM basemap mode. All software has the latest version (watch, gamin express). After unplugging the watch it loads the maps 25% and then loading is finished. No notice that loading failed.
The support told me to reinstall the map. After several tries the problem still exists. All other maps (OSM) work fine.
In addition: if the zoom factor is lower than 300m then I see only the Basemap details on german map (detail=high).
Any suggestion how I can install the map properly? Do I need to delete some files before which could cause this trouble?
I have the european version. And before the update everything worked fine.
