Fenix 5+ freezes every time charged with Win7

I believe it started to act like this after latest update. I've had to reset it every time after charging it. What's the way out?

Try connecting to computer with Win10. If it works, maybe you should upgrade from Win7 to Win10.

I am seeing the same problem on my Fenix 5 Plus on Win 10 (1903 - May 2019 update)

I have got the same issue in my APAC 5X+ since early this month after upgraded to 7.10. Any update from Garmin?
