Recently upgraded from a Fenix 5 to a 5 plus Sapphire. Never had any issues with the 5 and had them set up about the same. The new watch has on multiple occasions displayed the default watch face during a run. If I go back into the workout it picks up where it left off but there is no data for the period of time it was displaying the watch face. After the workout the selected watch face is displayed.
I have a data field from the I store and also use the Garmin Power that shows some extra metrics in my workout once synced to the app. I also use a RD Pod and a Bluetooth heart rate monitor. Both were used on the previous device. It does this whether I play music or not. The running data field (the biking version was and no issues) Garmin Power were not installed on the 5.
Anyone heard of this or experienced the same?
