Feature Request: Edit laps in Lap swimming activities

Hi,

please, add feature to edit laps in pool swimming activities.

For example:

merge redundant laps (issue when you slow down or change style during swimming)
Change stroke type

Now to change it I have to:

export activity's fit file
Edit in www.swimmingwatchtools.com
import new fit file.

You can export the activity in TCX format, open it in text editor (or an XML editor), and edit the distances there. Then reimport it back.

Hi, I really don't understand why this topic was moved to Fenix 5 Plus series. I thought it's common for all watches which support swimming. Generally I use 935 and 945.

I would also add "Edit lap length". I know for a fact that I did 8 intervals of 50m (2 x 25m laps) but sometimes my Fenix counted 3 laps = 75m which made me a superfast runner out of the blue.

I cannot edit the interval length in swimmingwatchtools

It would be a nice feature to do this within Garmin Connect rather than have to go through the gymnastics to edit and import.

Unfortunately, Garmin is unlikely to add features upon user request. At least I never heard of them doing it.

There are a lot of things that would be nice to have...
