Anyone got the 7.00 update?

7.10 - Run (GPS+Galileo) - 2:54:08h (30,53 km) - with Polar OH1 (new firmware ANT+) - 18% drain = 6,2% / h

I updated to 7.10 last week. Now my elevation totals are short, HRM tracking during runs is way off, and my battery life is worse.

My sync on a mac stuck halfway... if I try to close it says I might lose data... is it normal? It's been like that for about 2 hrs now... :S

I can confirm faster battery drain for mine. I installed, did a soft reset, and then left the watch for 24 hours to see what drain I'd get. Lost 10% over that time doing absolutely nothing. Hopefully there's a 7.2 coming soon because this release sucks .

Battery levels were looking about right......until the past 24 hours where it has now gone completely haywire and has dropped over 20% in 24 hours with only 45 minutes GPS usage.

Given the introduction of the mapping issue I would now say this release has put me in a worse position than before

So much for a premium product, ho hum.....

I'm also seeing a faster battery drain with FW 7.10. I'm getting about 70% of the advertised battery life. For me, the best battery performance I observed was on versions 6.57 through 6.62 where I was getting better than 90% of the advertised battery life...and that was with the PABD.

I've also noticed that the Do Not Disturb is no longer activating during my sleep hours. Anyone else notice this?

Does Garmin even test this software? Holy.

Is there a way to downgrade the firmware on these? If not, I'm within my return window so I'd consider taking this back. $1,500 CAD is way too much to spend on something that I'm not entirely happy with.
