Double check that you do not have any map files with duplicate file names. I had this issue and somehow had 2 of the same file on the watch. Deleted one and all was fine. Back to around 18 seconds boot up.
I removed all img file except gmapbmap.img and gmaptz.img and now everything is OK !
It stay about 20 seconds ont the blue triangle but after that everything is loading very quickly, just 1 seconds on Loading maps screen instead of 5 minutes. May be there are other files to clean ?
