HR and Jabra Elite Active 65t Issues

1) Turned on my F5+ on to find out that OHR is not working and stuck. Watch face showed " -- " instead of heart rate and the respective widget showed stuck on "measuring". Restarting the watch did not help, several times in a row at that. Only "settings reset" fixed it.

Anyone know an easier way to clear the error and the cauese? Anyone has seen this bug before? Had similar issues with F5 a year ago, no other solution.

2) Another issue is my Jabra Elite Active 65t headphones refuse to reconnect to the watch every time after initial setup. Basically, I have to delete them from the list of headphones, then pair anew every very I go for a run. Reset the settings, did not help. Headphones reset did not help either. Anyone has similar issue and successfully resolved it?
  • I don't have problem with Elite Active 65t and may watch.
Try a hard reset and firmware reinstall or beta

if it continues I would file a warranty claim ;)

I had the same problem with my Jabra Elite Actives. I had to remove and repair them every time I wanted to use them. I also had music dropouts while running.....typically when my watch hand would swing away from the earbuds. I ended up returning them because the performance didn't live up to the cost. Don't think it's the watch, because I have two other Bluetooth headphones that work great.

Similar connection issues with my Jane’s Elite Active 65t’s and my 5 plus titanium on 6.00.

    Connecting works better if I
-turn off other devices the Jabras connect to, like my phone.
    -turn off both earbuds
-turn on the right earbud WITHOUT PUTTING IT IN MY EAR, then pressing the Jane’s button again to get the blue ‘connecting’ light on the earbud
-once it connects insert earbuds and turn on the left one.
-sometimes attempting to play the music on my denim will kick off a connection instead of waiting on the headphone connect screens
    -it doesn’t always work

I also get a lot of dropouts in the music while running outside with watch on the left wrist. If they were wired headphones, I’d figure the wire had broken and wouldn’t tolerate it. Not ideal, but figure I’ll carry my phone in the middle of my back in my camelback for longer runs and try to tolerate it (or not use them) on shorter runs.

Sorry to yell with the CAPS but that was the part that made the biggest difference for me.
