wrong "track with go back line" when activity was saved for endpoint.

Usually, run around the city in a circle.

GPS Mode: GPS + Galileo OR GPS + GLONASS.

Latest firmware or beta. Right now is firmware ver.6.64

Activity: Run.

When I finish the route - at the end point of the route for some reason there is a sharp trace back and return to the endpoint :(.

I tried to run with GPS mode only -

I've updated to Beta-firmware ver.6.71
So these terrible zigzags of the track at the end of the workout (RUN) disappeared.
GPS mode = GPS + Galileo.

The problem with the appearance of zigzags appeared after the next run (activity - Running).
Firmware - Beta 6.71
Mode - GPS + Galileo.
Activity - Run.

I contacted Garmin support via a contact form, but they just ignore me and do not respond. :-(

So about 24 hours ago you stated that everything was fine. Then you did another activity and things were not fine. So you emailed customer support expecting a response right away...doesn’t work like that. If you want a response, a quicker one than waiting for a email back to you, then CALL THEM. I bet you’ll get a much quicker response.

I just don’t understand why people expect immediate gratification, yet they take the slowest approach to doing so and email a company that’s probably getting hundred’s of emails everyday.

Hmmm. according to phone. And how can I explain my problems with track via phone? Did you try? It's not sale question or simple hardware replace. I was surprised, that Garmin doesn't have support ticket system for this purpose. :-((
