Fenix 5 plus Japanese text display

Hi
I bought a Fenix 5 plus APAC and found that it cannot display Japanese text when messages coming.
So I search and find this rgn file on Garmin web site.

I use the webupdate exe to install but it didn't work.
Is this file can help to display Japanese text?
And also how can I install it to my 5 plus?

I assume you don't have the Japan APAC version, right?
According to this link Japanese isn't available https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=bUNm3O11dH04aqGOFtBsz6&partNumber=010-01988-04&searchQuery=other%20languages&tab=topics

I have the Japan APAC version and naturally it can display Japanese texts (but no other languages other than English)
