WiFi connection errors 0500 and 0300

Hello, has anyone same problem? From yesterday, I can not upload anything via WiFi connection. If I try connection via GC, it writes that there is a stable connection. But when I try to upload something, it gives me the error 0300 or 0500. I am on regular 6.00 software version.
  • In beta Is released the 7.51 and in the changelog was:
    • Improved the reliability of Wifi syncs.
    I hope works and I will wait for the stable one
  • Hi guys,
    i had the same issues until last week when I changed my router.
    The Garmin fénix seems to have troubles with 5Ghz WiFi routers. On my new router I am able to choose either 2,4 or 5Ghz networks. Since I have opted for the 2,4Ghz, my watch is syncing again.

    My former router made some troubles and didn’t allow me to setup manually the bandwidth for specific devices.
  • I have separated the two networks in my router, because many devices have problems in router that manages itself both bandwidth 2.4 and 5. But I have tested with other routers ADSL only 2.4 without success. The problem is the union Fenix-"some routers" that doesn't work. I have e 920xt that works fine in the same routers where Fenix failed, so the only thing is to be patient and wait the next release.
    To change router again is a temporary workaround and not the solution.
  • Here was written that the improvement on beta release does not risolve the problem. Have anyone else tryed the wifi with beta version 7.51?

    @odsweng Will we wait again?
  • It is definetly an incompability (i cannot understand the exact technical reason) with certain routers. I returned my Fenix 5 plus after suffering of persistent connectivity issues (mostly being unable to update or download my spotify playlists). I had never imagined the problem was related with the router, having like 15 different devices connected to my wifi at home without experiencing a single problem. But when i got the replacement the problem persisted. I also found strange that there are not too many topics about this on the internet, when if this was a general issue affecting to every users there would be thousands of them. Ten i tried to connect to other routers at work and at relatives or friends houses, and it connected perfectly everytime

    My router at home is a 2.4Ghz / 5Ghz,, tried both bands, no joy. So, i guess my Fenix 5 plus and my router just don´t talk, i don´t know why.
    I guess i could buy a new router, but maybe i will have bad luck and is not compatible again, so my troubleshoot is just using my mobile phone in shared-wifi mode, then the watch connects instantly to mobile wifi and i can download/update my playlists, Not the ideal solution, maybe, but works like a charm

    Same issue in my case. Another thing to add is that if I have 2 networks on my F5x+ configuration, in which one works and the other don't, if I try the sync wins the one that garmin finds first. Ex: At home that the wifi connection and the signal of this one is better then the hostpot of my smartphone, it doesn't work. If I delete at all the home network from garmin configurations everything works fine. In the router I see evrywhere the watch but the sync does not work. I think that it is not a good idea to change router. My Forerunner 920XT today works fine but 2 years ago, not. I think that more people do not use wifi connection but only bluetooth and cellphone with garmin connect. For this reason nobody cares in garmin.

    Well, Spotify forces you to sync through wifi, you can´t do it through bluetooth, so they should care about this. Anyway i believe this watch-router incompatibility does not affect so many users, so that´s why Garmin is just turning a blind eye on it, I think i read somewhere that they blame Spotify for this.

  • Today I'll send il back to the assistance. I have had a self reboot during activity loosing some data and incorrect time record:
