Good news to people living in Latvia (and other European countries) - you can add a REVOLUT VIRTUAL Mastercard to Garmin PAY now!!! Good luck getting a revolut virtual mastercard though not visa ;) i have a bad luck so far :) will update
It's not good news for all it seems. I have UK virtual and physical MasterCards and neither will add. It still says that the bank is not participating for me.

This is what REVOLUT support said:
"I can confirm that there are many Revolut users with Virtual MasterCards that use Garmin Pay. I suggest you go into their official site. You can google "garmin pay supported banks" and click their site. Then select your Country Latvia and you will see that the only cards that are suppored are Revolut: MASTERCARD.
Garmin Pay confirm themselves that they are working correctly with us."

But I cannot confirm anything as I cannot get a Mastercard virtual card and now my getting cards option is blocked for a month ........ not cool. I have to wait a month to gamble again to get Mastercard as Revolur users cannot choose what virtual card to have. Revolur support said they are working on this..
I got "I am afraid it is still in beta phase and it may not work for all the users. I am really sorry about that ;(" from Revolut support. Although i was told on a separate occasion that it should work for all. Who knows??
Garmin really should not have it on the list of participating banks if only selected users can access it...
For those getting the "Card Provisioning (Authorization) Failed" message when trying to add a Revolut card to their Garmin Pay wallet, I suggest trying to repeat the process after signing in the Revolut app on an Android device. For some reason in some cases you cannot register your Revolut card in Garmin Pay if you are logged in the Revolut app on an iOS device. Just log out on the iOS device and log in on an Android device. After the card registration in the Garmin Connect application (which can be done on any device) you can log back in the Revolut app on your iOS device. It worked for me. I hope it will help you as well.
Really finicky to add the card to Garmin Wallet, especially on Android. Sometimes the whole wallet is not showing but there is a delete button so you delete and re-add. Sometimes you need to try like 10+ times. But in the end, Revolut MC should work in supported countries. Make sure your watch is functional. My F5x+ is, but wife’s Vivoactive 3 is faulty.
Hi, I added it in 2 minutes. Easy. Only thing is that you can't be swapping the 2 apps on the phone as each time you go to Revolut to check the card number, it'll reinitiate, so you'll have to memorise it or write it down. But sweet and swift process and works like a charm. Well done!
