5X Pairing problem with Garmin Connect & Express

my 5X cant pairing with Garmin Connect it’s always said “pairing failed unable to pair your Garmin device” (ios phone) but it’s connected with iphone bluetooth so i still receive notification.

and then i try to connect it with Garmin Express, and it always said unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time but i tried my another 5 and it connect.

but when i try with my fenix 5, everything works well with both Connect and Express (same iphone and laptop at same time)

I tried many ways like factory reset, hard reset, reset network setting, forget device, update all firmware of everything (watch, phone, express...) but my 5x still cant connect ;(

    This recently happened with me and once I went to IOS Bluetooth settings and "forgot device" on the fenix5+ and it was removed the Garmin Connect Sync process worked perfectly.
