Customizing text replies- where?

When I search the help forum I find this info i've copied below, but there's zero explanation of where or how to customize messages. I have a Fenix 5, and android phone. I only have the canned replies which aren't always helpful. I'd love to be able to actually change them. [h=1]Replying to a Text Message[/h]
NOTE: This feature is available only for smartphones with Android.

When you receive a text message notification on your f?nix[SUP]®[/SUP] device, you can send a quick reply by selecting from a list of messages. You can customize messages in the Garmin Connect Mobile app.
NOTE: This feature sends text messages using your phone. Regular text message limits and charges from your carrier and phone plan may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for more information about text message charges or limits.

• From the watch face, select UP to view the notifications widget.
  
• Select , and select a text message notification.
  
• Select DOWN > Reply.
  
• Select a message from the list.
  
  Your phone sends the selected message as an SMS text message.
