    hi all,

    Varia Radar indeed.

    to understand better:

    when cars are detected:

when no more cars behind, the red band turns green, after second disappears, and the Radar icon appears... yes looks like a WiFi... ;)

the icon is solid as long as the Radar is connected.
and starts blinking when is disconnected.

it is important to know the radar is connected, and you can rely on it.

I find out that in some 5.xx betas, and in 6.00 official, the icon is missing.
being a life changing, I reported this.
I exchanged couple of emails with the development team, and they fixed it, and was solved in 6.x beta.

since, I check every beta for the icon.

  • Since yesterday, I have a big battery drain of about 2 % an hour... (Watch-mode, Bluetooth and Wifi enabled)

I had an oddly similar experience last night. Woke up to a dead watch (abt 14% batt when I went to bed). Battery history widget showed massive drain over the last 5 or so hours before it died. No particular activity running.

I also noted in the 'Device Usage' widget thay the device seems to spend less time in 'Low Power' mode for 6.58 compared to 6.51. I have downgraded accordingly.

Thats interesting. Im running at 0.053%/hr currently no BT or HRM running. which is the best Ive seen to date.
  • Updated before bed. Also was experiencing higher that usual battery drain. 10% over the course of one night sleeping. Pulse Ox Sleep was disabled. Reverted back to 6.00
  • Not sure if it's this specific firmware. However, I can't pair the Tempe sensor to the watch. Thought it may be the Tempe, so I exchanged it. Problem still exists.

Will try a downgrade to two and will report back.
