lactate threshold, FTP, HRV Stress and Pulse Ox Need chest strap monitor?

PulseOx does not require a chest strap. It actually requires the SPo2 sensor built into the underside of the 5x plus. The HRV stress test does require a chest strap, but the all-day stress that is also based on HRV does not. FTP requires a power meter. I don't think it requires a chest strap as well.
