Hi guys! The compass of my fenix 5s plus is often wrong, but there is no way to calibrate it, no matter which movement you make with the watch and how fast you make it. It always replies FAILED. Does anyone experience that? how do you calibrate your compass? Thanks so much
If you look at the diagram, it's a figure 8, where you turn the watch on each half and flip it back side up in the middle. That wasn't clear to me when I first tried.
Doesn't work. I stand in the middle of the soccer field and try to do as in youtube video. Once I turn the clock upside down it informs about calibration error.
I never turn it upside down during calibration. I just make sure to use a movement pattern where the watch has been tilted in all directions. As long as I do that, a simple circle is enough. No need for the figure of eight.
