joshtee Honestly, we are still here, but working a lot more with users via PM these days since it allows other users to answer questions and share their point of view. This allows us to build a greater community here with people that want to help one another and frees people up here to focus on improving things for the user experience. Garmin-Heath HI, good to hear from you. I think if Garmin could just confirm they are working on another firmware update to fix these niggles that would settle a few of us down :) I love my 5+ but it is obvious some people suffer battery issues and other minor niggles and it would be great to know you are working on these. Good to see your still around. As far as using PM's to better communicate, makes sense. I sent you a PM back in late November providing info you requested on distance accuracy issues (I was a little late). Never heard back from you, so I came to the conclusion you guys had moved on. I'm pretty much over it and just have excepted the distance issues as a part of owning this watch. I have a love hate relationship with my 5x plus, but do like it overall. I love the concept. Just seems like it should do some of the basics better. Like I said, good to see your still around.
