I was wondering... do the fenix 5 Plus (47 mm) and fenix 5S Plus (42 mm) both have the same 1.2" screen (240x240 px), or is the screen on the 47 mm model larger?
From the specs on the website it looks that just the casing makes the watch larger, right?

And, are there - besides the outside - differences in specs between these 2 models?
  • I believe the 5S+ now has the same screen as the 5/5+ which was part of the upgrade from the 5S to the 5S+.

The casing of the 5+ is larger and visually different from the 5S+, but I believe all the features should the same exept that the 5S+ has a smaller battery than the 5+. (up to 7 days vs. 12 days in smart watch mode)
  • WTR1976 for me the big difference is the battery life - after moving from a 935 I find the battery life even on the 5+ is rather short (about 5 - 6 days of real life use with a mixture of GPS running and indorr swimming) . What do you want from the watch - if you don't need maps and music and garmin pay then consider the 935 - it has better GPS better battery life and it is thinner and lighter
