Maps not displaying street names

Recently (I believe after the last firmware upgrade), Maps no longer display street names for me anymore. Has anyone run across this issue or any similar issue? I have a 5s+ APAC version, bought in Taiwan. I've also tested it with OSM maps and same issue. Is it a firmware issue or perhaps a setting issue? Any help would be appreciated.
