the latest problem: a 10' data black-out midway through run, incl. external sensors

The more i use it, the more buggy this Fenix 5S Plus (fw 6.0) seems to be. Last night, it was pretty cold, and I tired of waiting for GPS to lock (my 735xt was always instant, this thing often takes 5 minutes+) and went off running as i have an external foot pod (and HR monitor). It finally locked on about 25mins in, but when i looked back at the data (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/3324921103) it seem to have had a complete fall out of data (from both the watch, and the external sensors) between 15 and 25mins. It seems fine once the GPS locked (at 25mins)... but i had no HR,pace, cadence etc for 15-25, and i'm not sure why that should be related to the external sensors? The whole point of the footpod is to give reliable data when GPS can't. Any ideas what caused this, and a remedy?

So far, bugs on the Fenix 5S Plus vs 735:

* GPS takes forever to lock-on (is the satellite cache cleared with a full reset? this might be a reason for this)
* Data (internal and external) seems to drop out randomly (per this run)
* Power spikes on the bike (apparently fixed with beta fw)
* Reset often gets stuck and takes 5mins
* Spotify gets stuck and needs a full reset to get going (no Spotify on the 735 but an annoying bug nonetheless - guess this is Spotify rather than Garmin though)

All in all, not ideal on an expensive watch.
