Bluetooth Headphone Issue - Skull Candy Method Wireless Headphones

Headphones were working fine prior to FW 6.0. Now I have the issue where I power on the headphones they don't automatically connect to the watch. In the settings I choose to connect to the headphones. The watch reports connected but I never get the voice queue in the headphones that a connection has been made. This is confirmed that music and audio queues will not work from the watch.

The headphones work fine with the mobile phone, which has bluetooth disabled while I want to connect to the watch. I have reset all bluetooth connections on the watch and headphones and repaired. Still no luck. The only way I get a connection sometimes is to power down the fenix 5+ and connect after power up. I have now discovered though on power down the watch will sometimes become unresponsive and I have to hard reset holding the light button in.

Is anyone having similar issues?
