Very disappointed with Garmin Assistance in ITALY

Had my 5x Plus for the 3rd time in Assistance, first 2 times for altimeter+barometer problems and 3rd time for screen issues. Every time i've sent it in Assistance, had to wait 3 weeks (or more) to have it back.
This 3rd time, the watch is ready to be sent back to me since Monday, but when I've sent them a message, asking them when will they send it back to me, they said Friday. How is this possible, to have to wait a week more, just for them to send me the watch back and why?!
It's bad enought I paid a small fortune for it, never worked as it should, giving me problems and headaches every time. I saw that in the rest of the world the Assistance is quick, only in Italy you have to wait this endless weeks, just to have back what you paid for.
Very frustrating!
Had to buy an Vivoactive 3 Music, as a backup watch, just to be able to keep track of my activities and progress.
If even this time, after FINALLY having my watch back, it will not work properly, I will ask for my money back and switch back to Fitbit, even tho they don't have all of Garmin's features, but at least I will have a working product and in case of problems, their Assistance is much better in Italy, than Garmin's.
