Best I have got so far. Has anyone got better?

  • Best or highest?

There might be a difference between the two.

  • What is good about it? High training load or an unfit person trying too hard?
This does not say much alone.
I think Fitness, Training effect and training status tells us more.

    Good point.

    I'll attached training status:

I am actually quite fit, but I have never seen the recover so high and yes, the title should be highest not best.

That is a training load way above your training load band! You may want to make sure that your device has the appropriate max HR and HR zones for you. If they are too low, the device will interpret your HR as a much higher effort than reality, giving very long recovery times, a higher training load and too low VO2max.

Yep I have set the HR zones according to a couple of HR zone calculation sites and have attached them. I'm pretty sure they are right.

VO2max is lower than it was when I was running more and I am not running at the moment as I am recovering from a broken foot.
