One thing you might try is uninstalling/reinstalling the Garmin Connect mobile application. If the issue continues after that and is 100% reproducible as you stated in your other post, I would recommend contacting our Product Support team to report this issue.
Thank you for the reply. I've already tried reinstalling GC App few times however, it didn't resolve the issue. Had reset the watch to factory default as well. The issue can be reproduced as it happens all the time for all calls.
What's the best way to contact the Product Support team? I've used the Support Center option however, it's taking me to the FAQ. There's an option Contact Support that took me to Chat, Phone, and Email options. Though I prefer the Chat but no luck with it working. Are you suggesting the Phone or Email?
