GPS inaccurate 5s+ recently

Hi recently my GPS is very inaccurate and stops recording all together after 1km (I went for a 10k run).

I'm actually not sure wether it's the GPS or it's just the recording, but this is how it looks:

Black is how I ran, Red is what was recorded. This is happening almost everytime when I go runnng.

Also, waiting for the GPS fix sometimes takes a couple of minutes, my EPO file is up to date. I've already tried deleting and resyncing the EPO file but that hasn't helped.

Check your device software status. In particular, what version of firmware and GPS. What are they?
Hard reset = press and hold top right until the watch turns off. Restart.
Place the watch outside with a GPS activity selected and get a good satellite lock. Leave it there for 10-15 minutes.
Try again.
If no better, perhaps try resetting to defaults. Read elsewhere about what steps to take to reload Settings and Sports after.

FW v6.0, GPS v2.30.

I've resetted all defaults this morning, unfortunately no improvement.

It's clear to see when biking. Wait for GPS fix, start workout, after a couple of meters it just stops counting distance. If you open the map it's clear that the GPS fix is gone.

Is there any datascreen that I can use to find information about the GPS fix (how many satellites etc)?

I would recommend contacting our Product Support team for more help troubleshooting this issue. They may be able to review your Connect activities and get a better idea of what is causing the issue and how to fix.
