Activities Showing 0 Miles and 0 Calories

I have a had a Fenix 5s Plus for several months ago and a couple of days ago I noticed that I would finish an activity like running and it should show 0 calories and 0 miles. Then when the watch would sync with my phone and Garmin Connect would show my route, distance and calories. I tried restarting and then resetting the watch including a hard reset and I am still having this same problem. I dont understand what has changed.

I use the Garmin Running Dymanics pod, and a Polar H10 HRM. This has been my setup from the beginning. I run without my phone.

I would like to get a watch face with weather but I cannot activate them anymore, tried new API keys...usually doing an activity with GPS will make they work.

If anyone has had this problem and has solved it please let me know. Thank you and advance.

I had this problem with a 20 mi run I did 2 days ago. After the run, I noticed my watch had not recorded any steps climbed, calories, or floors climbed from the run. But when I synced on garmin connect, the run was there, as well as steps and calories and such. But this information could not be synced back to my watch. Not sure what happened, have done 2 runs since without any issue.
