6.51 Change Log Notes:

Fixed an issue where the device was reporting extremely high values for Bike powermeter.

Please note, the beta updates released on these forums are not suitable for APAC region devices.

Did you ever contacted Garmin support?
How is the response from Garmin support for you?
I have called them and i have to hang up because NOBODY answer the good damn call...

--> I did contact Garmin support. I used email and phone in parallel - as the phone contact came later, they could and did find my email.
--> There is room for improvement, especially on the phone side (for the first person I had on the line). They treat you like an idiot - maybe because they have to talk to a lot of people who are not able/willing to even read and act in acordance with the manual. While it is stil unprofessional, I can relate.
--> Calling takes time, I did it with speakers on and just let it ring/waited while being parked on hold. At one point, some human actually was on the line.

For my specific case (altimeter related), I received a new watch (as Garmin stated that the issue canot be SW related - which it was) which worked fine after a SW upgrade :-)
Watch exchange took about 10 days.

I have change the watch for 3rd time and I can confirm that it was a hardware problem

Sleep pulse Ox works for 4 hours like everyone else (still dont know why)

Acclimation All day works perfectly getting readings all day

it was a hardware problem so if you have issues, change your watch right away.

I should have probably chimed in with this earlier, but the manual for the Vivoactive 4 (which came to market with Sleep Pulse Ox) describes it only measuring the middle 4 hours of sleep. Why it does this, I'm not sure, bit I don't think it's a bug in the F5X+ software per se.

oh!...ok, thank you...make sense!
but...the middle of the "declared sleep" not the actual sleep interval...
as it is not yet AI to foresee your behaviour...;)
this explains why I have
1:30 - 5:30 all the time (even I go to bed at 03:00...)
and others 00:00 - 04:00....

Are we on our way to a new record for the age of a current beta from Garmin?

This beta was released 34 days ago and is still the newest version.

Of course, since this also seems to be the most problem-free beta or official version I have seen from Garmin, it is probably a good thing that it is allowed to stay for some time.

I’ve noticed that my Bluetooth connection has a farther range. Other than that, I don’t see any other differences.

What I would like to see fixed as this is an important feature for me, is the “Review” option when you look at POI’s or use the Around Me feature. It shows the name twice (company) but not the address or the phone number. This is a known issue with the TC and the 5x+ as I’ve reported both and Garmin has confirmed the issue. It works perfectly on the Descent MK1.
