Seems every so often I go to connect headphones (says connected), click play and nothing happens. Cannot switch song, does not play, nothing. I do a power off and it just hangs lit up on the little circle with line it, forcing me to do a hard reset.
This is the 2nd time it has happened and seems to happen when the spotify listing need refreshing or something. I go to the music play button, but instead of playing it asks me to select a playlist and then proceeds to hang per the first paragraph. On hard reset it works fine.
Is there a way to submit the error code history? It seems kind of random but always with spotify
