Software Version 6.00 Problems list

I would like to collect problem what we have in new version 6.0 on the f5x+
What i observed:
1) sleep pulse OX not works, but after few days works but for me only from 00.00 to 04.00 at night it means not all time when i sleep

2) LTHR long time i didin't see update but today after running 10km and pulse 175 Garmin Fenix ask me if I would like to update pulse 172 and speed 5:16, online,mobile is visible looks ok BUT in the watch fenix 5x+ show me LTHR from today 5:22 and pulse 172 these old information.

3) GPS+ gallileo i don't complain yet after update hardrestart and configuration what garmin suggest to put on the window 20 minutes and start run without change position watch.

4) Battery is perfect ONLY if you wil turn off pulse OX all day. From my experience :
IF pulse OX works all days + bluetooth with phone always on +GPS+galileo and running every day 1h battery stay only =4Days
IF configuration the same only turn of OX pulse more than 6 days now ( not yet complete test)

What is hardrestart?

Also, which FW are you using?

Hold the light button for 15-20 seconds while the watch is on.

I have change the watch for 3rd time and I can confirm that it was a hardware problem

Sleep pulse Ox works for 4 hours like everyone else (still dont know why)

Acclimation All day works perfectly getting readings all day

it was a hardware problem so if you have issues, change your watch right away.

I would imagine if it was a hardware issue, it wouldn’t have worked at all. Since Acclimation All Day works, then I’d venture to say that the Sleep Pulse Ox issue can be rectified by a software update.

If it was truly a hardware issue and this was your 3rd watch, then all of them would be faulty and an exchange would be futile.

The first watch that I changed it was an issue due to Microsft.
I had PC with Win10 version 18xx and Garmin was not recognized therefore I changed the watch.
I look in forums and it was a recurrent issue but nobody thaught about Win10 being the problem.
so I used Linux and it was detected
I used another Win10 version 15xx and it worked
so the first watch I have it for less than 48 hours.
nonetheless, during theis time Acclimation Ox was not reading all the time nor the Sleep Ox re order any spO2 at night.

the 2nd watch that I thought was Win10, format and installed 15xx was detected and GE worked like a charm BUT again pulse Ox AND Sleep Pulse never worked properly.

3rd watch is amazing and work flawlessly from the getgo

so, yes IT WAS a hardware problem in BOTH watches
because OX all day never worked in both.
