Smart notification problem with fenix 5 plus

Hello
I bought Fenix 5 plus and I'm having a problem. I am getting smart notifications very late. Then the notifications come on the phone, I can see after a few minutes on the watch. Then I answer or decline calls, my phone is still ringing and nothing happens. I am using Samsung Note 9 on Android 8.1 and Garmin fenix 5 plus on 6.0
O my wifes Iphone X all working very well.

I have a note8. Samsung phones all have their own battery saver algorithm which affects many apps.

Settings->Device maintenance->Battery->Battery Usage-> 3dots at top right->Optimise battery usage. Show All apps and switch of Connect.
