    hi all,
jylong reply in 6.51 beta post related to this:

I should have probably chimed in with this earlier, but the manual for the Vivoactive 4 (which came to market with Sleep Pulse Ox) describes it only measuring the middle 4 hours of sleep. Why it does this, I'm not sure, bitI don't think it's a bug in the F5X+ software per se.

    and my comments:
    oh!...ok, thank you...make sense!
but...the middle of the "declared sleep" not the actual sleep interval...
as it is not yet AI to foresee your behaviour...;)
    this explains why I have
1:30 - 5:30 all the time (even I go to bed at 03:00...)
    and others 00:00 - 04:00
    ....

    have a nice day!
    robert
  • I noticed that after a week of Sleep Pulse OX data, the time that track while sleeping has expanded to cover the average time that I am in bed.
    Does anybody else notice this?ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1446485.png

    hi,

thank you all for the replies!
I've activated the pulse OX 24h also.

yep...saw the mobile Connect (mine on IOS) upgraded yesterday, and Pulse Ox sleep on mobile is available.

on mobile are the same 4 hours (02:00 - 06:00) still...

on desktop yes, at the first look seems good...but
the same 4h seems to be from Pulse Ox Sleep ...at 1mininterval (02:00 - 06:00)
the rest is (supposedly) from Pulse Ox 24h...and are at 5min

    just me,
    robert

  • I thought that, Robert
either way, I think that 5 min intervals is good enough....

    I agree!

yep, I'm pleased too with 5min.

    so we have:
    - 4 h of 1min interval in the middle of the sleep (from what we declare as usual habits)
-the rest of the sleep at 5min interval
    - per day a per hour graph

    not bad!

with PulseOx Acc 24h deactivated, I have only the 4h given by PulseOx sleep.

    have a good one!
