Mate 20 Pro caller ID and caller number problem

Latest version software on both. Phone stays connected and I am getting all other smart notifications without problems. Has anyone come across this before? All I am getting is "incoming call" on my watch...
All permissions are set on. Phone permission is acting weird sometimes, it shows off but in android settings is turned on. Please speak up if you have a solution.

I can confirm that rolling back to version 4.12.3 has fixed the issue for me:)
I kept thinking there was bug on the phone all this time.

I confirm that it works in mine too. Thing is that before I post I have tried a few older versions from apkmirror but not this one hahaha. I was 1 click away. Nice find mate let's hope that they fix it quickly in new versions.

Version 4.13.5 doesn't work correctly with Mate 20 Pro

Upgraded Garmin Connect from version 4.12.3 to 4.13.7 and caller ID seems to be working:-) It is also possible to reject a call with an SMS.

Yesssss it works. GC App Version 4.13.7, Fenix 5 plus and Huawei Mate 20 Pro!

Well finally got the phone :D
However, im not getting constant notifications unless i have the garmin connect app open. Any ideas where im going wrong?
Using version 4.16
