Mate 20 Pro caller ID and caller number problem

Latest version software on both. Phone stays connected and I am getting all other smart notifications without problems. Has anyone come across this before? All I am getting is "incoming call" on my watch...
All permissions are set on. Phone permission is acting weird sometimes, it shows off but in android settings is turned on. Please speak up if you have a solution.

I suggest to contact Garmin support so they can open a case. That's what I did. This is a bug I guess.

Since 5 or 6 Fays the same issue. Mate 20 pro and fenix 5s plus. Only Incoming call. Contacted the Support in Germany but they dont't know what to do....

I think that happened after an update to Garmin Connect. I am not sure 100% because my watch was at Garmin Service Center and when I received it, I had new phone (Mate 20 pro).BTW Mate 20 is a beast :)). iSnape raise a case so they can resolve it quickly. Also I suggest to contact Garmin UK they are the best.

Yes, it happened after the last update of the Connect App. Before everything was ok. I suggested to change my phone, but the mate 20 pro is such an good device, with great battery life. I dont't want to change. Now I am glad that there ist someone out
