Current set data field

When I am doing strength activity, there is no way to check what is my current set number except starting a new set when the set number shortly pops up.
As far as I know there is neither a stock data field nor IQ store data filed, which would show current set.
If anybody knows how to add it to my strength activity, let me please know.

  • You can use my data field AppBuilder with the settings:
    Label: Set
    Formula: lapcount div 2 + 1

  • Very clever! Plus it works.

I'm not sure if I understand on thingy though.
So 'profiles' allow for quick switching between up to 4 formulas, either through connect mobile settings or via pre-configured hot-key.
And clones are merely a workaround for using this field more than once (either in one activity type or across many activity types).
    Is that right?
  • Glad it worked for you! :)

Yes, you understood that 100%. Early on I had requests to use AppBuilder multiple times in one activity, and to store multiple formulas, because people used different formulas for different sports. You can also set the profile to "auto" and it will use the profile that corresponds to your sport (running, cycling, swimming, other).

I wish clones weren't necessary, but it's the only way to have the same app with different settings on your watch (except for the auto-sport thing).
