How to "purge" (database) list of songs ?

Hello,

I have deleted all my music from my F5X+ via GE (under MacOS). I have checked : the /Music folder is empy.
But the Music Player widget continue to reference 3 songs (with Artist/Album/Title tag) ! Obviously, the files are missing, so the player freezes (impossible to play or forward...).

Any idea how to "rescan" ou "purge" the song database (I tried to reboot, same issue) ?

    All the user configurations including watch faces, data fields, all of everything, will be over Garmin cloud, so every time that the user is forced to make a reset, will spent no more than 3 min to set up everything. But...:(
