I'm running the latest beta 5.57 since it became available a couple weeks ago. No problems. This morning, I was getting repeated "storm alert" messages, which is odd, because i very rarely ever get those anyway. I also notice that my battery is draining pretty quickly, so I assume something was going awry in the watch. I did a normal power down, from the watch menu, and then when I powered it back up, it started through all the new watch prompts. Instantly got the notification on my phone that my CC in my Garmin wallet was removed. The oddest part, is that I went ahead and deleted the watch from Garmin connect on my phone, and then went to add it, and it went through the pairing, but then the initial sync failed. Also, I hadnt done any activities in the last few days, nor made any changes.
In the end, I had to go into watch settings, and reset the watch to defaults(along with wiping all the files), and so far its seems ok. What a PITA.
