Time on indoor activities wrong

Hi. Based in the UK and when I do a run the time for the activity is fine

however for an indoor activity, say pool swim or gym, the activity is showing 8 hours earlier

Can’t work out why or how to fix it?

What firmware? Which device? Is the time incorrect on the watch? Is the time incorrect when viewed on Garmin Connect?
