hello.i have f5xplus two weeks.i travel a lot worldwide.
and my question is.lets say you land somewhere where is like 9 hours difference and you sync your watct with local time.but the whole flight you were on basicaly 9h ahead.so you come back with 9h.does your steps count and other meassurment stay there?im kinda confused what does the watch do if you go suddenly lets say 9h ahead or backwards.
