I can't take the credit lol, it was a guy called "der_schmidt" but hey - glad to see it helped you guys! I just did a 26K and no issues whatsoever :) Seeing as I don't use Apple Health it's no hardship to me to lose the sync :)
Same problem here. I really only use Apple health for keeping my weight synchronized with my Stryd, so I disabled all sync between Garmin Connect and Apple Health, except the weight. This stopped the crashing.
i am a little upset. hoped that the problem is fixed after the 25 hour day is over, but the system still seems to try syncing the yesterdays data. By the way. The workaround is not a option for me. I rely in having the steps data in Apple Health because of a linked health insurance company which gives me a credit (in money) if I reach a weakly goal. and I normally don't carry the phone with me all day long. I hope Garmin if finding a real fix soon.
G connect is still crashing since yesterday I have an iPhone X and used to work fine but since last night is imposible to use the app, already delete the app and downloaded twice but still crashes!
