Spotify, HRM4 & Earbuds

Anyone else noticing choppy music playback for the first 5-7 minutes while the watch is doing the performance monitoring?
It seems to be a CPU issue to me where watch isn't able to process everything going on reliably for the first 5-7 minutes.
I see other people in the 5(s) plus subforum is having the same problem.

The music is flawless with no dropouts or anything after the performance metric is shown on the watch, though.

Fenix 5x plus, HRM4 and Jaybird X4.
  • For me it depends on the headset. I have 3 different bluetooth headset: an old Jabra Sport that has a lot of choppiness, A JBL Reflect that with a very little choppiness and a no-name low-cost ear-buds that work perfectly.

    If you wear your whatch on your left hand, when you hear the chopping, bring your left wrist to your right ear and see if it improves (not a solution, just and indication of where the problem could be)
