5.53 Change Log Notes:

Fixed an issue introduced in version 5.52 Beta that could cause high battery drain

Please note, the beta updates released on these forums are not suitable for APAC region devices.

I can confirm that the battery drain in watch mode is ultra low now. Less than 8% per day

Yes, with mobile phone connected and notifications active on stock Garmin watchface
