removing music

Hi how do you remove music form the watch?i use itunes and have tried various ways and the music is still showing?also how do you create playlists that show on the watch?thank you

From Garmin Express -> Music -> your iTunes library will be shown on top left, music on your Fenix 5 Plus will be bottom left.
