connecting fenix 5 plus to the pc without charging the battery ??

is it possible to connect fenix 5 plus to do file transfers without unnecessary to charge the battery ?

Not possible. Since the F5+ has a li-ion battery, unintentional charging should pose no problem in normal usage patterns.
