I used to be able to delete imported courses on the watch, however, recently I couldn't. I went to navigate -> courses, selected the course, and choose to delete it, and confirmed, but it was still there. I tried to rename it, and the name persisted. I got couple of courses on the watch, and if I start a run activity, and choose the second or third course, it always uses the first one. Annoyed.
