Fenix 5+ with JBL Reflect Contour - good combo

Had the watch for 2 months now. It has fw 5.10 and a 50 megs of half a dozen mp3 which I use for running.

Got hold of the JBL Reflect Contour which is sweat-proof and comes with a few rubber plugs for different ears. It holds in place aboliutely fine, although I had to swap around the little rubber adapters a few times.

It has its bluetooth receiver (?) and mic on the left side, and I also use the watch on my left wrist. Pairing was easy as 1-2-3 and music never stops. Had two 40 min runs in 2 days from a full charge with music playing constantly. Full activity tracking, steps, bluetooth with phone, and I run with a 3rd party Ant+ strap. Watch is down to 76% from the full charge. I think it's quite okay. I could probably do 2-3 more runs, which means 5 days constant tracking plus 5 workouts and don't have to charge the watch. I use the datalover face, although swapped out HR to calories burnt.

I agree. My JBL Reflect Contour 2's have worked flawlessly with the Fenix 5+. 10 hour battery life and instant connectivity is great. I should add that I cycle, mow the lawn, run, etc with them and never an issue - even for up to 3 hours at a time.

They also work great on my wife's Vivoactive 3 music.

Although, her cheap pair of bluetooth headphones work on both perfectly too. Either way, a huge step up from Fitbit where no headphones would ever work with our devices.
