Headphones that don’t bounce around

Ok now that we have Spotify integration I need some new headphones for running. I don’t want some that the cables bounce on the back of my head as hate the interference it creates. Also need some that will work when the watch is on my left wrist. I don’t need volume controls or phone answering as I am out running and can use my watch direct for the volume.

Any recommendations?

I use JBL Reflect Mini and I’m super happy with both how it fits in the ear (comes with different size and type of inserts), and the cable behind the head is very light and I have never noticed any bouncing or interferring noise from it.

There’s a mk2 version of them on the market now, but according to a few reviews I’ve read it’s a minor upgrade so you might be just as happy with the mk1 at half price (I have the mk1).

I’ve been using them while exercising for about a year, and after the Spotify release for I have tried it a few times with my F5+ (left wrist) for both running and strengt training and so far I have not experienced a single dropout!

Very happy with the Trekz Air. Using it for cycling, the gym and running. Main reason to buy it was the bone conduction technology (so not on / in ear) ) so you are more aware of your surrounding. But when i play it at max volume in the gym i don't hear the base pumping of the gym sound system :-). Works great with the Fenix 5 plus and it is also on the Garmin bluetooth short list.

What are they like for sound leakage?

In a quiet room you can hear them just like most other headphones. The sound is transported by vibration through your skull. So it's not that you have to play it extra loud. I.m.o they don't have more sound leakage then other headphones. I sometimes use it in public transport and i don't think anybody can hear it. Having said that: I mostly use the Trekz Air for sport in combination with my Fenix. Then sound leakage is a non isue. If i just want to enjoy high quality sound i use other devices.
