Intensity Minutes broken on 5.0v

Updated to to firmware 5.0 and now my HR data is not registering properly with my Intensity Minutes widget. Went for a pool swim on Mon and Tues, was at max HR zone for 21 mins and 36 mins respectively but only got 26 mins on my Intensity widget. I used a HRM Tri strap and data was downloaded after the swim.

This might be the culprit. I don't know how it works on the F5+, but on other garmin watches only live hr data counts into intensity minutes.
