Fenix 5x Plus APAC support Spotify feature?

I've tired update software version 5.10 in order to get Spotify feature but my Garmin Express shows latest version is v4.20 cannot update to v5.10.
I just wonder about Fenix 5x Plus APAC version is not supported for Spotify feature so, I will upset if it is the root cause.
However, I take a look in Garmin Connect application available. It also shows Spotify but it said that "This app is not compatible with the selected device." TT

Could you please help the Fenix 5x Plus APAC to be able to use Spotify feature as well? I bought this device because of the music so, this should be supported.

    APAC version cannot use spotify until the update 5.1 is out for APAC version. As of now, it is still at 4.2

    I'm thinking it will be a month or two until we can receive the update and be able to use spotify....

    Version 5.10 has just gone live which has this feature.

    Which country APAC model do you have? My Japan APAC model is still on 4.2.

    Hopefully, as you've indicated it will not take the month or two to reach us!

    i sent email to garmin support. Andy Yang from Garmin Taiwan replied that firmware v5.1 for APAC will be released "very soon this month", though no exact date yet.

    Well - that's basically what Garmin Support told me about v4.74 for APAC, so....don't hold your breath.

    This time it could be faster than other update version. Reason being Spotify. A retailer I know was informed by garmin agent to let the potential buyer knows that Spotify is coming. This is potential big money maker for garmin. I personally know a number of guys who was on the fence between garmin and Suunto and now decide to jump ahead to garmin camp after hearing of Spotify support

    Well, YES ! I just bought a Fenix 5S Plus APAC in Singapore, because of Spotify. I can't wait for the 5.10 firmware to be available in APAC. I'm now on 4.2... I hope Garmin support is reading this :)

    You're not the only one. My seller told me there's a noticeable jump in garmin plus series buyer after spotify announcement. If Garmin is smart, this is very big profit to make in asia. Hope they didn't delay the launch of 5.1 to APAC version. Spotify is big here.

    Seriously, don't hold your breath. Instead of updating APAC models - which are still stuck on 4.20 - Garmin has been spending their time introducing yet another beta (5.52) for ROW models. We haven't even gotten the 4.74 update, FFS.

    Basically, if you live in an APAC country, you don't count. Garmin doesn't give a sh&t about APAC customers, it's fairly clear.
