What is the easiest way to do playlists on the fenix 5x +

I just got the watch last weekend. I have no trouble loading it with music just cannot figure out how to do playlists on it. So today I went thru all the effort of creating a ton of playlists in itunes but was afraid to push my itunes folder because I have a marathon on Saturday and just want 2 specific playlists for it and not a ton of no related music that my entire itunes library contains.

Is there no easy way to just create the playlists in garmin express after you have uploaded the music.

Problem is I do not see them when I try and upload them. I see my itunes library and my songs but not my playlists

Ok I gave up on itunes (I swear apple sucks and sucks more everyday like they seriously can't play nice with anyone else) I just reordered everything in folders, then created m3u playlists using windows media player then uploaded them to my device working perfectly now. Screw apple (heard the airpods don't work with the fenix 5x too not sure if this is true).
  • I doubt Apple had any input on the Garmin/Express development, for Music sync... so naturally it's an Apple issue... but for what it's worth, mine works just fine.

3 songs, that’s all I’ve managed to load from iTunes. What’s the F#####g point.
  • If you're having trouble with Garmin Express PC and your iTunes media files are on D: or some drive other than C:, take a look at the reply I just added to this post:

From my perspective, my particular situation is caused by the fact that Garmin Express doesn't recognize media files installed on other drives.

Good luck with this. I know this was very frustrating to me until I found this solution. Now it's just mildly frustrating.
