Problem with my F5X+, during late night studying going past my normal bedtime, Garmin connect says I'm having light sleep.
I'm not, I'm studying ! (god damn it :mad:)
Sleep tracking is useful as it allows me to track my av. sleeping hours and adjust it so that I stay productive on the long run. What would you think as a solution ?
I understand how difficult it can be for a watch to make a distinction between sleeping and studying. However a simple solution would be to have a manual sleep mode, that allows you to tell your Garmin that you're about to go to bed.
